What are the passenger restrictions for new drivers in Massachusetts?

New teen drivers may only drive with adults or family members for the first 6 months of having their driver’s license. New teen drivers may not have youthful passengers other than immediate family members.

Adult new drivers do not have any passenger restrictions.
